Rutu is a seasoned Senior Spa Professional with over 15 years of progressive experience in improving business processes, increasing revenue, creating guest experiences, technical skill-set training, pre- opening and on-going operations set-up.
She is a dynamic and natural leader who has spearheaded and managed different spa projects including the spa, wellness, recreation and salon. Rutu is committed to developing high-performance award- winning teams in multiple locations in India as well as Internationally.
She has worked with luxury international brands in multiple locations across India and internationally.
